Welcome to ELIZABETH HOUSE RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME
Where we aim to provide the very highest standard of care in an environment which is home from home.
Your First Steps to Residential Care
You can contact Rupal Patel at ELIZABETH HOUSE who will make the necessary arrangements for you to visit the Home at your convenience. You will then be able to view the Home and see the services and facilities available. Any questions you may have can then be discussed in private. Arrangements can also be made for you to spend a day with the Residents.

Privacy, Care & Choice
PRIVACY: You have the right to complete privacy within your own room, which will be respected by all members of staff. CARE: We will together compile a Care Plan to enable you to receive the care most suited to your needs. CHOICE: You can choose to do whatever you wish within the Home. You will not be told what to do regarding social activities, going to bed and getting up, when to have your meals, outings, etc.

Settling Into Your New Home
We understand that not everyone settles into residential care immediately and regard the first few weeks as a trial period in which to get to know each other. You and your relatives are welcome to discuss any needs or concerns with us. You are encouraged to retain your own general practitioner where possible. Alternatively we can arrange for you to be transferred to the Home’s doctor or a doctor of your choice. We can arrange for a private physiotherapist, chiropodist, dentist and optician to visit the Home whenever needed. We can provide an escort and transport for any outside appointments to the hospital,
etc.
We also have several social functions throughout the year, which include
We can also provide a bathing service if requested.
